So, the center for my daughter's school's hockey team is Danny Briere's kid....

Texted her last night, "So, little drama up there at school?" She replies, "OMG!!! Yeah!!!"

So disgusting. Danny played here for years & always seemed to be a caring, respectful person. Hope he & his son do right by this woman. And this is Carson’s 2nd chance school… he was already kicked off Arizona State’s team, for not following team rules.

Daniel Briere's son was in a nightclub with a couple teammates and saw an empty wheelchair at the top of the stairs leading down to the restrooms. He sat in a for a few seconds and then pushed the empty wheelchair down the stairs.
Stupid college kid doing stupid college kid things. I'm guessing he'll be suspended the rest of the season, if they have any left.

Additional information…. It’s a custom wheelchair that belongs to a woman who is a double amputee. She was carried downstairs to the rest room, so the wheelchair was left at the top of the stairs for when she was carried back up. It’s that woman’s only way to get around & was quite obviously a custom chair. A little worse than a stupid college kid antic, IMO.

Issue is, like half the people now on social media, is dismissing it as "meh, just a stupid drunk college kid." That reaction to everything these days is a problem because eventually it will be you as the victim of "meh..."

Yeah, Daddy will pay to replace the wheelchair. I suppose for some it seems that is just fine and for others, not so much. Especially the one who now has to be carried out of the building and where ever she needs to go after that until Daddy replaces it. Events like these always shows people's true colors.

If these able bodied people who are all "meh" walked out of the bathroom and someone wacked their legs busting their legs up with a baseball bat, doubt they'd all be like "meh, just a stupid drunk college kid..."

He’s 23 years old. He’s a grown man, not a kid.

How is everyone feeling about their team's chances of getting into the playoffs?

My Lightning clinched last night but we already knew who we were going to face in the first round. Unlikely we can get home ice advantage unless TB wins all their games and the Leafs lose a few more. I can hope.

It's going to come down to the wire for us. We've been in a slump for months which is so disappointing and frustrating because we were dominant at the start of the season. I am actively rooting against Calgary and Nashville.

Wild are in, now just fighting for seeding. The Leafs will lose in the first round like they always do. It's a spring tradition.
