Next years dates for hotel prices - when can you access?

Hi all. I can't remember when you can access next year's reservation information. I was wanting to check hotel prices at WDW for May 2008. Anyone know?

I am certainly no expert on this but there are a few threads on the boards and they all seem to say end of July middle of August.
You can book a room now but only at 2007 rates and then when the 2008 rates come out you will have to pay the difference.

I just spoke to a Disney rep yesterday and he said to expect the 2008 rates to be out no earlier than the middle of August.
