One of my customers was the best friend of the gentleman that was killed. She was extremely upset about the entire thing, and is very suspicious of what happened because he had done that parade so many times, and had actually driven the floats many times before. She says that he knew where he was supposed to be at all times, and that characters are not supposed to be in front of the floats (like he was). So, hopefully more light will be shed on this soon.

Another cast member also mentioned how hard it is for them see with the heads on. It seems like they should have an "attendant" like they do when they walk around the parks. It's a real shame since he seemed like such a nice, hard working fellow.
