Disney parks blog has announced a whole new line of merchandise coming to the parks this fall. It is all related to the disney attraction haunted mansion. It ranges from, wearables, shirts, dooney and Burke, and home decor.

20 bungalows they are supposed to be close to the size of a 1 bedroom villa. They will cost around $1000 per night if not booked with DVC points.

Maybe they will be hard to rent the first year or two--- but they will die out. Just like the MK view rooms at BLT. They are the last to go it seems.

Uncle Toms Cabin on Tom Sawyer island has been given a new smoke effect. The cabin once burned yet the effect was turned off. This effect can be seen from Big Thunder Mountain as well as the Liberty Square Riverboat.

Well I'm here with a late night post from the great world we love. We landed at 8:30 am got to POR with Magical express in our room by 11 am all went great. Luggage wasn't here yet of course so we hit Epcot. Epcot didn't seem crowded except for the big attractions like TT and Soarin. We had FPs for TT didn't go on soarin today went on pretty much else as well. The newly painted innoventions doesn't seem that bad it's not the best but doesn't scream its terrible. The upkeep of the park seemed fine no major problems. Stayed for illuminations and has a perfect spot after we got off of maelstrom outside of Norway and Mexico. Tomorrow we have a character dining at the poly and are hitting the magic kingdom as early as possible. All of our magic bands and FPs worked great no problems. Having a great time.

Well I'm here with a late night post from the great world we love. We landed at 8:30 am got to POR with Magical express in our room by 11 am all went great. Glad to hear you are having a good time! Everything is fine here at the home base...don't die from heat stroke cause I know the heat and humidity is bad here in southern Florida right now. I hate spending to much time outside now lol

Day 2 roundup. We went to MK all day and I mean all day. Woke up had a 7:30 am ADR for Ohana. Excellent food and service nothing wrong there walked around the Poly, last day of pool operations. Took the boat to MK for rope drop. You can see the progress on the bungalows at the poly and you can also see where the small plunge pools will go. Hit Peter Pan, small world, dumbo, tea cups, barnstormer, little mermaid ride and meet and greet, pooh ride and meet and greet and tomorrowland speedway all before 10:15 which was out FP time for mine train. Tomorrowland speedway needs help that ride needs a major refurb or a redo. The Peter Pan queue is getting redone right now so the queue isn't the greatest many are saying this will be a new interactive queue when finished. This is my first time seeing NFL all complete. It's great looks great theming wise. Rode 7dmt and thought it was a great d ticket ride. Those AAs I really think are amazing though photos and video don't do them justice. We did BOG FP lunch loved my lunch and the restaurant first time there as well. Went to pirates nothing wrong there except for a 50 minute posted wait that was actually 25 minutes. Went to jungle cruise and had a great skipper with the name of Jordan one of the best I've ever had. Then got dole whips was probably 102 with humidity at this time. Went to country bear jamboree got out sat for festival of fantasy and wow great parade they did an amazing job on that one. Went to buzz lightyear another ride that needs a refurb. Then FPs for BTMRR and Splash mountain. No MyMagic+ complaints and am loving POR. Let's see what this week in news brings us off to AK and DTD tomorrow. When I am home I will be doing a full trip report so look for that.

At DTD now lots of walls. Boathouse restaurant is coming along very well. Food truck park is supposed to open this summer but doesn't look that way maybe this fall. Eating dinner at crossroads right now will be going around marketplace side soon.

Day 3 update! AK and DTD. We went to AK first got there about 9:15 had an early FP for EE. Great ride love it. Crane on tree of life for repairs only noticeable near Africa. You can see four cranes in the avatar area on the way in as well. Visited the new harambe theater area for the first time looks great love the FOTLk. No complaints about AK really not very crowded only stayed until about 2 PM. Went back to POR got ready for 4:30 ADR at crossroads had a great meal. Went around DTD. Walls everywhere... Boathouse construction is coming along very nicely. Characters in flight didn't seem to be going today. Checked out the west side Starbucks that was nice. Saw the new fake railways they are building overhead for seating and such. Food truck park is supposed to open this summer but who knows. Bridge in the marketplace is coming along. Not too crowded at DTD only in world of disney are the crowds. Checked out marketplace co-op love that store could buy a lot there. Thats it for now off for some frozen summer fun tomorrow at DHS.
