Hoping someone can clear this up for me. It sounds like all the holiday taping is happening in November. However, a friend of mine has a son who auditioned for and was selected to perform in the Christmas Parade that will be taped. She says they were told at rehearsal last weekend that it will be taped on Sunday, December 4th. They will be in Disney from Dec 1-5, planning around this filming. So, I imagine she is correct that something is filming on the 4th, but how does that fit in with what is being said so far about the Christmas TV specials?

It might be something else then? These specials are being filmed in November at WDW. I'm not sure on Disneylands dates.

yeah, I wonder if it is for promotional material or something else - definitely not for the TV special

I think its time for Disney to show us how advanced their technology is, since plenty of the attractions feels kinda outdated nowadays.

Is Pixar Thinking About Making ‘Monsters Inc. 3’?

The answer is not right now, but something I found interesting is one of the original concepts for the Monsters Inc. that was released 15 years ago.

Part of that idea was like a Peter Pan-type thing, where [Wendy] had been visited by Peter Pan as a kid and had sort of half-forgotten who he was.

That would have been a pretty interesting idea. And if they revisit it for the sequel grown up Boo forgetting about Sully (like Riley forgetting about Bing-Bong) could be super emotional (as the article states).

I'm a huge Monsters Inc. fan. The way I see it it would be more of a monsters inc. 2 since Monsters University was a prequel. I'm sure it would be great but I'm not sure it's necessary.

Finally. I pretty much just use that store to avoid walking on Main Street when it's busy, and it's been a (minor but annoying) inconvenience to have the flow of all the connected stores thrown off.
I somehow missed noticing it open yesterday, though I was distracted by the fact that the Christmas tree went up overnight

Looks fun for the kids, but I wouldn't stand there more than 5 mins for that.

Not sure how much fun for kids. I have a friend there and she said alot of the kids didn't even want a picture at the end. They probably have no idea who it is since the movie just came out.

He seems to be more of a superhero for adults, anyway. The movie seems darker and more grown up than the others, at least from the previews. I also don't think doctor strange has a cartoon for the kids to recognize him from unlike the other superheroes.
