News Round Up 2016

Wow, those first few comments to the tweet really run the gamut of possible reactions...

The ironic part being the ride is essentially the same - except the music and a few video elements. I've ridden both and I can't say I prefer one or the other but maybe lean slightly toward the regular Space Mountain. I could see where fans would like to see the regular ride come back for at least PART of the year. (It's been Hyperspace Mountain for almost a full year.)

Yeah, i think if they get on a cycle of 1/3 of the year regular 1/3 Hyperspace and 1/3 Ghost Glaxy (or roughly that) it would be good - or I don't know how involved it is but could they do certain days of the week or like the first hour of the day is regular and then huperspace the rest of the time?

In this particular case they probably could do that. I don't think there is even any physical items that separate the 3 overlays, I think they are all video/audio cues. They really can switch between them overnight.

Ugh the beast looks awful. I'm so tired of companies using CGI when they should be doing practical makeup.

Pretty sure watching that beast will take me right out of the movie.

Can't agree that doing the Beast as a Muppet would be a better choice. (Which is what a practical effect Beast would end up looking like.)

See I disgaree. I think he looks about as good as you can get for a live action version of this movie. Its obviously different than the animated version but you have to go in with that mindset.
