So far I have gotten two confirmations for place and time and no objections so far

we will come down the river into the habour by the Statue of Liberty. That is the only way out to Sea.

Spa raffles...enlighten me Just finished my last day of school today so have a lot of Disboard catching up to do before vacation

On all of the cruises I've been on so far if you go to the spa and get a little orientation at the begining of the cruise then you get a raffle ticket and they do a drawing for a bunch of differet spa services at around 3:15 ....the catch is you must be there when they draw to win

I just sorted them alphabetically and put first person in group 1, second in group 2, etc....That should give us a pretty good mixture of ages and experienced and new cruisers. Someone please double, triple check me and let me know if I missed anything/anyone. Let me know if I goofed up anywhere.If someone hasn't responded to one or two groups, I put them in one for now. Feel free to reply if you'd like to be in both groups.I also did not place the two members that have not posted to the Google Docs in a group yet.

Just bought the last thing needed for our cruise, our train tickets. I am excited and a little nervous to be traveling this way.

That's the only thing I have left to make a final decision and reserve is transportation. We'll need to get from the airport to port, port to our hotel (staying 3 nights in NYC), and then the hotel to airport.

I need to just decide on one car company and reserve all 3.

I think HermanTriplets answered everything that I'd know the answer for. I took my daughter who was 7 a few years ago, and you are right. All she wanted to do was stay in the kids club. We would swim first thing in the morning before pools were full and have breakfast, and I'd go get her for lunch, dinner, and the shows. That was all I made her come out for (and port excursions of course).

I think the above post did a decent description of FE, but you can search the boards for more info or just scroll through a few pages and I bet you'll find plenty.

The FE was something my daughter loved on our first cruise (at 7), and would be devastated if we didn't participate. She would check the FE hanging outside our room every time she came back to the room. Finding the gifts was a blast for her!!
