HI What is the chances of boking a fireworks cruise on New Years Eve ? any tips ?

The surest possible way would proably be to stay conceirge at an Epcot area hotel ( YC BC BWI ) and make sure you work closely with your IPO CM on it - before the 90 day mark. Good Luck!

Edited to add: I assume your interested in an illuminations cruise? If so, there are two showings of illuminations on NYE, so that does help your odds.
