New Wishes FP Area

While the new areas look fantastic for viewing, no way would I lock myself out of getting additional FPs by booking Wishes in my initial 3.

I'm a bit concerned about this too. I hope to get a few more FP+ on our MK day but it's hard to decide.

I watched Wishes from the West side FP area on Feb 27 (first night it was open). I am not sure if the crowd level I saw that night will continue but it was delightfully uncrowded. I loved it. The view does have a few light poles at the bottom.

I'm thinking that with the large number of FP+ just released, maybe not.
As I said (much) earlier, it may take the CMs awhile to get the number of Wishes FP guests right.

Just swapped our 3rd FP for Wishes on March 22nd. We will spend the day relaxing and swimming, maybe rent a surrey and then head to MK around 5:30 and we have FPs for Thunder Mtn, Mine Ride and then Wishes
I am happy, because I am tired of having people come right before it starts and then try and weasel their way in. I will surely miss our stroller when we stop taking it, because it has really come in handy during those times

I have a question, as I am familiar with DL but not so much MK. Do they do the projections onto the front of Small World during fireworks like DL does?

Nope, but they do so on the front of the CASTLE.

Once you see how IASW is situated in MK, you'll see that projections would not be possible there. I daresay you will be unimpressed with its exterior if you are used to DLR's version.

Aww, that kind of stinks. It is a very relaxing place to watch in DL and avoid the crowds. But that's ok!

Nope, but they do so on the front of the CASTLE.

They do the projections on the castle at DL, as well, as it is the main viewing area. But they also project on IASW.

In MK, IASW is directly across from Pan and the walkway between them is an infamous Fantasyland bottleneck.

I just looked at pictures of the MK small world and now I understand-I am in for a whole new world! I can't stand being in the firework crowd. Thank you for answering my questions!
