None! I'm actually training my ds to be a good dh! I'm teaching him to cook. I find recipes for him & he's learning to follow them & make more food. This weekend he made homemade macaroni & cheese. I made crab tartlets--mmmmm! Dh had to get in on it he made shake & bake chicken & mashed potatoes-- we had that & veggies for dinner Saturday-mmm. Sunday I taught dh how to make pasta salad. Now that I'm teaching ds to cook, now all of a sudden dh wants to step up his game. I'm not complaining! No WONDER it took you so long! How many kitchens did you burn down? 3?
Haircutting must be a right of passage for girls. It must be in the handbook-- "You cannot turn 10 without ever having cut your own hair!"uh oh, Martina cut her hair, did she? Meag did that, too, a BIG chunk out of the top, though, we did the combover thing for a few months. I guess she was about 4 at the time. SO glad she got over that, though lately she wants to take a steak knife and slash her clothes, pillowcases, etc...![]()
