We just booked a quick weekend trip! February 1-4, thanks to great airfare and APs. The best part? Feb 4 is my birthday!!!!!!!! I never thought we would be able to make it happen! I think we'll stay at Pop or AoA (if I think my 2 boys can handle Little Mermaid!) I will wait for AP rates to decide!

Your ADR date has probably already passed so you can book ADR's now!

Hey...we'll be there Jan 31st-Feb 8th at AoA LM (as of now...will depend upon FD) AND Feb 4th I'd my DD's 5th bday (and Feb 5th is mine) AND I grew up in Bucks Co.

We're doing CRT for dinner on the 4th. My DD loves princesses and CRT is a tradition for special occasions when we are there (10th anniversary, DD's 8th bday and DH's bday). I'm breaking tradition the next day with dinner hopefully at BOG. I just may order the Her Royal Highness package for my bday dinner if they end up offering it at BOG.

What are you interested in for bday celebration?

We have a flight at 12:55 on the 4th...the only flight I could get with the airline that we booked. I made a 7:45 adr at Kona. I might try for BOG if we don't get it for our Christmas Eve adr.

Some planning hints:
First you have to figure out which parks you want to do on which days. Go to easywdw.com and/or join touringplans.com and check out the crowd calendars. They'll tell you the best parks and worst parks for each day. Check the park calendars for park operating hours for each day (Disney releases their calendar 6 months in advance). Check the calendar on wdwinfo.com. Then you can make your dining reservations - these can be made 180 days out from the first day of your stay starting at 7am Eastern time.
Disney has Extra Magical Hours (EMH) (open one park an hour early or keep one open 2 hours later) at certain parks on certain days that are just for guests staying on Disney property.
You can check out Disney restaurants, both table service and quick service, with menus, prices and reviews at allears.net.

Wow, it is a small world after all! Three of us from Bucks County, PA on this thread. The majority of my immediate family still live in eastern PA. mrstomrice, one of my sisters lives very close to you in Levittown just south of Reedman Motors. And my cousin, Donna, is a hall monitor at Council Rock. We're all Pennsbury graduates but I knew some guys from Council Rock; one of them taught me to water ski on the Delaware River.

I've finally gotten my DH to agree on the dates of our next trip. We are going Feb 9th- 15th. Calling this week to make reservations so not sure where we are staying yet. We are hoping for POR.

We stayed at CSR last November and LOVED it!

You may miss your double sinks but you will really appreciate the door between the bedroom and sink area!

The Pepper Market is great and the dig site rocks for kids and adults alike. Try to make time for a lunch poolside with a swim!
