Considering that it will be insanely difficult to get through to Disney the day it's announced, I would book now and hope for the best.

I have said more than a few times in the past few months on this board not to get excited because there were no credible internet rumors like in the past years.. which was generally the biggest indicator of Free Dining.

Touring Plans hasn't bothered to tweet about any other PIN codes (and there has been MANY). I think it's going to be a GP offer.
