I had a bit of a time finding out how to access everything, too! Here's some of the things I learned, but I'm sure others will have some better tips for you. I just started using the app yesterday. Good luck!
Once you save a vacation, the app takes you to "Point Tracking." If you click on the "?" in the lower left corner, there are again helpful tips you can read.
After you save a vacation, you can place it (click "edit" and use the small icon to the right of your vacation plan and just drag it down to the correct use year) in your use year. The program tracks the debited points that way.
You can add in your use year and contract information from this point, too. Just click on the blue arrow (right side of screen) next to your "Annual Points" line. From there you can input information on Banked, Borrowed, Used and Received points.
