We're going to New Jersey on Thursday!!! Myself and DD going to visit my dad and stepmom. Don't get to see them very often...so it's always a treat to go!!!!

I'll be going to Hillsborough...was born in Edison and moved to Wisconsin when my parents split....so I'm a Jersey girl at heart!!!

Hillsborough is a beautiful area smack dab in the middle of the Garden State. It is an area that is growing by leaps and bounds but still has tons of open and pristine land. There is a major road construction project ongoing at the border of Hillsborough and Somerville on US Route 206.

Although it says that Somerville is the home address, people really know that Hillsborough is home to Duke Gardens which is a "must see" if you are in the area.

Hillsborough is a very nice area I grew up in Sayreville, not far from Edison. My parents still live there, and most of my siblings still live in NJ, which is why I love to go back and visit. Not to mention the beautiful NJ shore! I hope you have a great trip!

You don't see the ocean much in Wisconsin and you'll be here in summer, so you must take a ride to the shore.

If you go to Seaside Heights, don't miss my favorite food--Maruca's pizza.

I was born and raised not too far from Edison -- Monroe Twp.! In fact, our high school teams play each other alot!
