Not hijacking the thread but I once saw a thread/link about "adding on at bc and other resorts" I can't find it. I am wanting to add on 75 points at BC. I may do it sooner than later if the incentive is good.

Don't want to burst your bubble..but...sold out resorts are/have been always sold without any incentives.
Only new resorts that Disney is actively selling have any incentives attached to them...sorry.

VB and HHI have incentives, and they are sold out resorts.
Buying 50 points or more gets you $5 off the price per point.

Doesn't apply to BCV, but still...

Is there a place on the dvc website where I can see the pt price for all the resorts? I still can't find the thread where I saw the listings of all the resorts and buying add-on through disney...

Hmmmmm, I wonder if Disney Visa is operating outside of DVC, then? For what it's worth, I just logged into Chase.com to see what offers were out there, and nothing right now pertaining to DVC. I guess time will tell...

I really hope the new incentives aren't tied to having a Disney Visa. BTW, it's only available in the US.

If they did, I would definitely buy resale.

And, I certainly am not going to give up my discounted point price and my free 4-night cruise just for annual passes - LOL. If, however, you get annual passes for putting all or some portion of the purchase on a Disney Visa in addition to the other incentives, I would definitely do that.

Hi, We are also interested in adding on at BLT(I saw the models and I was HOOKED ) NOT interested in the cruise incentive but would love a lowerd buy in cost incentive and DP's are always nice!! Joan

Oh..Thanks for that info, I usually don't think about them ..then again .... remember its "Hurricane Alley" and what you think you save in pt. price are/will cost you down the road in MF's. VB was closed for a few mos. one fall after a hurricane...then the new MF's hit.

Yes I need to add on some more BLT points & the last round of incentives were not working for me!

I would be happy with developer points at BLT that I can use next year!

Actually they expire on Tues the 31st. Confirmed with my guide. The change with deposit I believe begins today. But the incentive change Apr 1st.
