Was a guinea pig this weekend for the new Express Order app Disney is trying out at DHS. They are using it for the Backlot Express and Fantasmic. It did not work for us, the app kept freezing up and not responding. After about 20 minutes of messing with it, I went to the Express Order rep and asked for help. Disney was great. Said there are still bugs, thanked up for trying and gave us our lunch for free. Has anyone else had better luck? I think its a great idea if they can get it to work.

Seems to me like it will create jobs. They'll still need just as many (or cose to) people working the registers, but will now also need to employ runners as well. At least at Fantasmic.
