Who's doing some early planning? I mean...early. 2027!

We tentatively looking at early next April, with about 6 days @ UOR, and 8 days @ WDW. However, one big change is we will split it up with a week at the beach to rest between the two. We are currently on day 12 of 14 in a row, and our tails are dragging badly!

Any suggestions from all y'all for a decent beach on either coast within a 2 or 3 hour drive? Cocoa Beach looks to be closest.

Anna Maria Island is absolutely beautiful! It is a little over 2 hours from Orlando.

Does anyone know if there is a January 2027 planning thread? Did I miss it, or is this supposed to double as the thread for January planning?

Hi! This is just a catch-all thread. I started one for April 2027, but very quiet. I don't think these threads are as popular anymore.
You can start a thread for January! Or everyone can chat here, but I won't be updating this thread with a guest list for all of 2027, my trip is in April and that would be a lot of work for me for next year! 😂

I’m hoping to go early next year but waiting to see if the Bounceback offers will extend - then I’m looking at February/March 2027.

Yeah I was noticing that both March and April have threads but not January of February 🤣. Mine is weird because we are December 29- January 9. I’ve posted in the December thread once but feel like they are posting a lot about the Christmas parties and such. I feel like early January is more my group.

I may start one this weekend if I don’t see one. Since they are not as popular maybe it will be easier to manage. 😎

April is still far away. Though we've booked April we are concentrating on our 2026 trips (none to Dis this year). Perhaps the thread will get busier closer to the dates

Hi friends!! We have May 2027 tentatively earmarked for my annual birthday trip. It depends on bouncebacks and discounts tbh. The only reason we’re skipping May this year is Bruno Mars is playing on my birthday up in Toronto and I’m a HUGE fan, so we opted to do a staycation up there instead. I’ll just be doing my usual August/Labor Day solo trip this year, though adding a cruise. Possible sneaking down for AP previews for Muppets.

I have not had much Disney planned this year tbh, am in the process of buying my first apartment so all my time and energy (and finances) has pretty much been going to that. Also why I’ve not really been on the boards in a while.

We have already booked September 2027 — our first ever stay at the Contemporary! And only our 2nd ever Deluxe stay! — But I won’t start a September 2027 thread until after September of this year. Having two September threads would be confusing especially for the moderator ((me. lol))

We stayed in the Contemporary about 30 year ago. More than any other place, there you get the vibe of being "in the middle of everything." Really, really cool seeing the monorail gliding through the middle of the building. The walking trail to MK is neat - some of the property's original topiary is there.

I'm thinking of booking a March trip. My husband is a college professor, so spring break is one if the few times we can go together. (Summer is an option, but I do not do well with the heat.) I will probably take a few solo trips too. Right now I am saving up to purchase APs for both if us.
