NEW Disney Gift Card Deals and More.

I keep a few small items that I know I'll need at some point in my "saved for later" list to add to my card when I need another $10 or so, like multi-purpose cleaner refill. Also keep something that costs about $50 for the bigger bonuses--most recently a video game DH wanted.
But I don't always have something like that saved up and see your point.
I always go back and forth about doing this, but I usually have enough circle rewards that I can buy my merchandise with those instead of paying for it. I'm not a huge target shopper, but it seems these days the only thing I'm charging to the red card is the DGC because, between myself and hubby, one of us has rewards to cover the physical goods we buy.

By the time a trip or deposit comes around, I usually have to top off my DGC balance with regular old RedCard 5% cards anyway, so it's not that upsetting when I go over for the sake of a reward.

Unless this has changed very recently, the eligible amount to meet the threshold is calculated before the red card discount…?

Yes, still that way. One of the current Target deals is spend $140 4 times for a $40 reward. The OP was talking abut having to spend way more on DGC's then what he deal is. In this case $10 more then what is required before the 5% discount.

Meijer Folks

10,000 mperks on a one4all or choice gift cards of $100 or more.

It is limited to 10k points and expires on 1/4/25.

With it expiring then I’m holding on until January when the Chase Freedom and Freedom Flex get 5% back in Groceries.

This one does Exclude Meijer express so no purchasing inside the gas station.

To help offset the shipping fee on the DGC, this might be the route I would go via PayPal, then buy the DGC. Again, I'm not shopping for DGC your path could be different.

Thanks for this one. 3500 for dues and our spring break trip. Head up you can do 2500 in one transaction before the discount stops, but you can do multiple transactions. Also if you are doing Rakuten cash back you can only do up to 2000 in a transaction. Messed up my first order but my second is pending.
Unfamiliar with giftcards.com. How much is the shipping charge and other charges on a $2500 purchase? Is there a reason to pay via PayPal vs. CC? Thanks!

So if I am understanding correcting you can buy $2000 DGC from giftcards.com through Rakuten and get 10% off from giftcards.com plus 2.5% back as a cash bonus from Rakuten?

1. Buy giftcards. com gift cards at 10% Off
Either use Chase Freedom 5% PayPal or Chase Offer
  • Giftcards. com Chase Offer: Earn 5% cash back on your Giftcards. com purchase, with a $50 cash back maximum, including taxes and after any discounts.

    • Offer only valid on purchases made directly with the merchant.

2. Buy DGC at giftcards. com at 10% Off
Pay with the giftcards .com gift cards.

NOTE: Rakuten will ONLY work if the same Promo Codes are being offered. These are the three codes listed at rakuten that will apply to specific gift cards sold by giftcards .com They do NOT include Disney nor giftcards .com brand gift cards. @larry47591 not sure what you're doing?

XMASSAVE, BOGO4ALL, XMASSPA

Use a different shopping portal, make sure codes are exactly the same otherwise your purchase will NOT track.
Look for:
  • GCWEEK10 - DGC
  • GIVEGC10 - giftcards .com brand gift card.

for the giftcards.com offer, are they allowing you to get 10% off the giftcards.com gift cards then go and buy the DGC at 10% off?

I'm wondering the same thing. You can purchase giftcards.com egift cards for the 10% off. Incase the discount code is only once per account, I'd have my wife's email be the recipient of those giftcards.com cards. Then she can purchase the Disney ones. 1) Will the Disney 10% come off when paying with a giftcards.com gift card? 2) Can you use multiple gifts cards in one transaction. I'm looking to get $2k DGC here and the max you can put on a giftcards.com card is $500.

I would test it. But if it's 1 discount code per account, then I'm stuck. Also if I can't use multiple gift cards in one transaction, then the shipping costs for the DGC will eat into my savings because i'll be placing ~4 orders.

YES it will work exactly as I laid it out.
Why is there confusion? I don't post stuff that doesn't work... :confused3
Just note there is a shipping fee on the physical DGC so do the math.
