New coupon train

I LOVE this idea of front paging our requests!!!!! How about a limit of 5 items that we can change out on a schdule that you are okay with.....maybe once a month?.....or you can choose to leave your items alone.

I think that is a wonderful idea. I know on HCW they have wish list either in their siggy or a link to a wish list.

I would limit it because with the number of people on the train, that would be a very long post. I would say 3 of your most used items and then maybe send a pm when you open it to change instead of people changing once a month or so. Maybe a quarterly change.

Another thought I had is if you could send a list with everyone's screen name ,name and address and maybe birthdate. I think this would keep you from answering so many PM's for addresses. You could also put the addresses for the people we send expireds to. Plus if someone wants to send random coupons, it would be helpful. It would also work well if you do the wish list.

I'm all for saving you time and that has been on my mind lately about a master name and address list. If we keep taking so much of your time, we'll have to start a collection for your salary as master train conductor.

You could still do the birthday reminders but it would keep you from having to answer so many pm's.

If you are looking for a specific item that you use a lot of I could list that item on the first page, and the person who is requesting those coupons, then you could message me if you have those coupons and willing to send them on, I'll then give you the address for that person.

Prego Sauce-vegasnative

Does anyone else live in a state where you can't buy dishwasher detergent right now?

Good grief. I'm all for going "green", but when I can't even buy dishwasher detergent anymore, it's a little frustrating!! I went to the store the other day and there is no dishwasher detergent. The only kind that is sold in Washington state right now is the Palmolive Eco Friendly liquid stuff. No, Electrosol, no Cascade either powder or liquid, nothing!

I guess the only stuff that doesn't contain phosphate in it is the Palmolive Eco Friendly liquid. I have not tried it yet, but obviously I will be soon. It is now against the law in WA state to sell dish detergent with phosphates in them because it pollutes the water.

I looked it up on the Internet and apparantly it will be a nationwide thing by the year 2010. Until Cascade or others come out with new non phosphate product it won't be sold here in Washington.

Wow....I did not even hear about this! That is amazing!

Love the idea! I don't use baby c/os so will be happy to share also very few pet c/os. Maybe we could each list 3 that we really use if that isn't too much for you Corrina! thne we could post if we have those c/os for the caboose to pm us their addresss!!
Will be getting envies ready tonite to mail tomorrow hopefully but I am working 2 jobs tomorrow so time will be short!!
Got some good deals at CVS today. Also Office Max has Filler paper for 15c !!

I really don't mind answering the messages. As far as giving out the master list, well, it seems to change quite often.

mskayjay - I'll get it in the mail tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I checked the expirations, but I may have missed a few. When you see the envie, you'll know why My newspaper had 8 sets of coupons in it this weekend instead of 1. My hands were sore from cutting.....
