My AP expired 1/9/05. I have been trying to renew it since then with no luck. On Monday, someone at Member Services took my info and said someone from Guest Services would call me in two days to renew it.
Well, it's now Friday and nobody called me back. I just got off the phone with Member Services. I was told there are problems with the computer and they still can't renew them online or via telephone. I told her I was concerned because I'm not planning any trips to WDW within the 30 day grace period and I don't want to lose the renewal descount. She said that wouldn't happen.
You would think they MS would have been prepared for renewals before they announced we could renew them. I am very disappointed in the lack of planning by Disney and Member Services.
