Need Help ASAP chocolate souffle

I had a look at the recipe on DCL, wow that is so not helpful...it just says sugar. In the picture it looks like powdered sugar sprinkled over it...not that that's much help. I did a google search for you also, alas, all the recipes are copied from that DCL one, so no sugar definition. Good luck!

Okay, I found another chocolate souffle recipe and it's says granulated. I have found in US recipes that if it just says sugar it's going to be regular granulated sugar. It'll only mention the type if it is something else, like dark brown, powdered, superfine etc...

Hope your recipe turns out okay, if not feel free to PM me and rant about my bad info!! :lmao:

i have the official receipe from disney (printed on a cocnut!) it doesn't say what type of sugar. . .but it says--6 tablespoons sugar, plus more for dusting the souffle cups--generally when i see dusting--i think powdered. . .not to confuse you--but i would say powdered :confused3

Hope your recipe turned out. You do use granulated in the recipe and to 'dust' the inside of the cups. I've made it before and only used granulated and it turned out perfectly.
