Need Advice on Renting Points

Hi!

We are new to DVC and we already need to rent out some of our points. How do you all usually handle the transactions; terms, form of payment, etc?

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I generally go with half as soon as they received the confirmation. half 90 days before. However if they made the reservation at 120 days or less - I will definitely room my final pay date back.

I take checks. Most DVC members don't.

I feel that I am in control - if the check is bad and they don't make it right - I can and will cancel the reservation.
