I'm going to see the movie again at 11:30 today. That puts me getting out just in time to pick up DS from school. This will be my first movie all by myself.....ever! I'm kinda excited.

movies by yourself are fun and very relaxing. I used to feel uncomfortable going by myself, but I used to travel so much for work back in the day that I got over it.

It was actually nice! Surprisingly the theater was still about 1/2 full even though the movie's been out for 2 week AND it's a weekday.

Sparkly Vampires and HOT werewolves.....whoda thought!

The only time I like snow is Christmas Eve so it is there Christmas Morning !!! Other than that I hate it !! As I get older though my strategy is God put it here ,he can take it away!!!

So, as I mentioned before....we are meeting up with many other Disers on this trip. Jordan, Winkers, Rosie, & Scott. The idea has been brought up that we should have a dinner with all of us there. I LOVE THIS IDEA!! So, we are in the planning / voting stages of that right now. We were all supposed to meet up after our individual dinner ADR's on that Saturday night at MK. But now we are trying to all have dinner together before MK.

We have looked at Winkers ADR at Kona, My ADR at Coral Reef, and Rosie/Scott both have ADR's at Tony's. The problem is that we have a triangle going. Scott says Biff doesn't like Kona, Winkers isn't keen on Coral Reef, and I'm not really keen on Tony's. See the triangle?? Of course, each of us would probably "take one for the team" if the majority votes for a restaurant that one of us doesn't care for. So it's not a real biggie.

We were in the process of voting between those three when Rosie threw out the idea of "The Wave" at the Contemporary resort. Hmmmm, I have not tried this place yet but it is one that I've been looking at. The menu looks good! So, I think I'm changing my vote to The Wave. Confused yet?? Me too.

Have any of you tried The Wave yet? Tell me your experience if you have.

i haven't tried it yet but erica (one of my good friends and VandyFan10 on the disboards) is there right now and had lunch there earlier this week. she said it was VERY good. she had a rueben and her friend had a burger and she said they were both very yummy!

Blue check out Jordans thread I posted pix of the chairs My ressie was at 5pm when they opened so it was empty!!!! The service was awesome and the filet was melt in your mouth!!! The desserts are nothing spectacular ,I will try a different trio this time !! So yes I vote the Wave .!!!!

It's snowing again in Louisiana!! Not just La, but way down south in La. That's just unheard of. This makes 2 years in a row! This one is not as much as last year. The news says that whatever stays on the ground tonight (if any) will be gone by morning.

Since we hardly ever see snow down here. It is a fact that we all go a little nuts when it does happen. I will update with pics as the night goes on or until we fall asleep. Right now, it just started. So, ladies and gentlemen.... I present to you..... LOUISIANA SNEAUX!!!

I CAUGHT ONE!!!

As you can see, it melts as soon as it touches something. We were getting wet so we came back inside to give it a while to get going. We will go back out in a few minutes!

Excuse me if I am NOT excited about SNOW I promise I will have pix to show you in Feb of REAL snow We did have our first snowfall today , it didn't last long and it didn't stick !! Roads were fine !!
