i am a emerald club memeber, and i have booked a full size. i want to know which section can i choose car?
i used to book mid size and hope that i can get an upgrade to full size, but it is always not available.
if i am paying full size, am i guarantee to have full size?

If you booked a full size while logged in as a EA member, then you are booked on Emerald Reserve. This guarantees you a full size car from the full size lot. You do not choose from the Emerald Aisle lot. Walk past the EA section and you will come to the full size section. This is where you choose your car. Yes you are guaranteed a full size. We use this function often last year before becoming Executive members. If there are no full size cars in the full size section, you will be directed to choose a full size car from the Executive aisle, but a rep will assist you.
