You said PORFQ there isnt such a resort
Are you at Riverside or French Quarter?
Riverside is participating

My guess is they were shooting for "Port Orleans Resort French Quarter". Not correct, but I can see what they meant. :)

I made our reservations about 10-15 days ago, all on the WDW website. Doing a package. My ADRs are showing up and my resort stay is showing up (on MDE) but nothing about tickets. Is this normal or do I need to call someone? Thanks!!

I have an address in both Canada and USA. When customizing the bands, does it give the option to change the shipping location to an American address?

My package tickets don't show on the MDE app, but do on the website. Disney IT had told me it was ok as long as they showed on my MDE account on the website. It you're not sure, you could call to make sure :) I've been able to customize my MBs and FP+ with no problems.

When I linked my tickets, they appeared under Manage Magicbnds but when I look under "My Reservation" or "Tickets& Passes" on the MDX app, no tickets show up. Called IT and apparently it's a system glitch that needs to be fixed. I am still waiting for a resolution.

MDE lists that resort as: Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter

The abbreviations used on the forums don't always confirm the the official name of the resort, but are distinctive enough.

POR and POFQ are the the traditional names. For the most part, we leave out "Resort" in the abbreviations, except for CR (Contemporary Resort, because it has only one other name I guess), SSR, CBR and CSR - not really sure why those are the exceptions. For some reason the Polynesian Resort is just called Poly instead of "PR".

Ironically, POFQ used to be just the "Port Orleans Resort", so POR would have been appropriate, while POR was the Dixie Landings Resort, which could have been DLR - except that would get confused with the Disneyland Resort, also abbreviated DLR...

Don't trust the app just because it's missing something that should be there. It has lots of problems. If it shows up on the web site, you're fine.

I'm having the same problem with my Undercover Tourist ticket. It's showing up under "MagicBands & Cards" instead of "Tickets & Passes." I guess I need to look up the phone number for Disney's IT department.

We're staying at the Poly Oct 12-20. I just got my UCT tickets in the mail and am trying to link them, and am running into problems.

We got 2 adult 8 day MYW park hoppers and 1 child 8 day MYW PH, and we have a 6 month old. I assume the adult tickets are RFID, as they are green plastic. They don't have a QR code to scan on the back, does that matter? I see there are tickets like that on the example tickets when I linked them? Anyway, the child ticket is the old paper kind with a long ID number that is primarily letters. I added all 3 ID numbers and chose which person to link them with, there didn't seem to be a problem then.

However, I then tried to make FP+ choices. It does now let me into the FP+ screen, and it didn't before I linked tickets. But it says that only my son with the child's ticket has a linked ticket, and will only let me choose FP+ for him. My DH and I (as well as the 6 month old) both say "Needs Valid Park admission".

I went out Under Magic Bands and Cards in MDX on the computer, and it shows a picture of a linked card under both my DH and my accounts, but no ticket under my son. Then I went to my family and friends, where it shows that I manage all 4 accounts. Initially it showed my sons ticket there. Now when I go back it's gone. When I try to re-add the ID number from the child's it says that ticket is already linked. However, even though the child's ticket doesn't show up anywhere, it still only lets me choose him for FP+.

When I go into the MDX app on my Iphone under tickets and passes it shows only the child's 8 day MYW PH under my son, and neither of the other passes. It will also only let me choose PF+ for my son, saying "needs valid park admission" for my DH and I.

I did just link everything this AM. Is there a chance anything will change? Is there anything I can do on my own now, or do I have to call? I know this is nothing compared to others problems once they arrived, but it's irritating. I thought I had a handle on all of this, and the first thing I did beyond customize out bands didn't work.

Any advice is appreciated, I don't know what else I can do and didn't think I did anything incorrectly. :confused3:confused3

I have same issue been a week

Did you get plastic cards from UT? If so, that is where they should show up. "Cards" refer to RFID ticket media, which are all plastic cards.

It should show up under "My Reservations" and under "Tickets & Passes" according to the IT person I spoke to.

My tickets are plastic and are from UT too. IT number is 407-939-3471 and they are open until 11pm ET. Please let me know how you make out. Thanks

It doesn't show up in either place. Just under Manage MagicBands - shows the ticket pic and the number.

I'm not sure what you mean.

If you have the green hard plastic tickets registered, and they show up under "Manage MagicBands" on the web site - you really are all set. They renamed the link from "MagicBands and Cards" to "Manage MagicBands" for some reason - but the page is still "MagicBands and Cards" and will show all valid RFID admission media. That includes the RFID ticket cards, green annual pass cards, and KTTW cards in addition to MagicBands.

Yes it shows up under MagicBands and Cards. But the IT person said that they should also show up under "Tickets and a passes". Apparently, because of a system glitch, the tickets aren't linked to the resort reservations and therefore, when FP+ are enabled for Nov, the system won't know my travel window.

Three IT CM's told me the same thing and apparently it's a common problem that has to be escalated to their systems They said resolution can take weeks and is done based on arrival date.

Make sense or am I not having an issue after all??
