My WDW Moms Panel Training Adventures!!! Includes my night in the Castle!

Even though I don't like spicy food the menu looks appetising. I would have chosen what you did:thumbsup2

The car is a Chevrolet Suburban

I look forward to hearing about your night in the suite:yay:

I think I've managed to upload the Guitar Dan video that Bri from the 2008 Panel shot, let me know :)

So like 6 eight year old girls we were led to the suite, by the way we would act like eight year old girls for most of the night :rotfl: We were soon in the elevator heading up to the suite. We were each given our own personalised key card but as Cathy originally won the Castle stay we let her do the honours!

We excitedly entered and even though we’d toured the Suite only a few days ago it was now our room for the night so everything seemed new again! Strangely enough the first thing I noticed was a beautiful white chocolate carriage containing chocolate covered strawberries, not sure why I noticed that first :rolleyes1 :lmao:

Here are some more photos, everything was beautiful from the sign on the door, the chocolates on our pillows, the spa products, the gorgeous towels and wonderful robes!

And a glass slipper towel animal, well not really an animal but YKWIM!

After we’d all explored, found our bags stowed in the wardrobe and the fridge full of drinks we changed into our Pyjamas. We then had to do a little bit of posing :rotfl:

We’d asked when we arrived if it would be possible to have our photo taken outside the Castle in our PJ’s and robes and they said yes!!!! At about 1.15am after everything had been cleared from the show our “butler” came and escorted us out. It felt so surreal and honestly as if it was happening to someone else.

Joanne saying, “We’re here!!!”

And the best group photo ever, in my opinion :rotfl:

After about 15 minutes we were ushered back inside, as we got out of the elevator our “butler” (I can’t remember his name so lets call him B!) asked who had the key. Well we all looked at each other as if to say we needed a key???? :lmao: We all just curled up as B disappeared to get the master key to let us in, it was just hilarious and for 6 girls high on excitement and, well a little alcohol from dinner, it was just too much :rotfl2:

I’d heard that you were allowed to phone anywhere in the world from Cinderella’s phone so once we finally got in I asked if I could phone my family. I had let the girls know that I would be calling them at about 6.30am their time so they were waiting for me. It was an odd call because all of a sudden, even though I was having such a fantastic time, I realised what an amazing experience it would have been to have my husband and 2 girls with me, maybe one day we’ll be lucky enough, you never know!

So after all that we were so tired and crashed. I was sharing a bed with Joanne from Canada and the eight year old girls appeared again, we just all got the giggles, I can’t even remember what about but we just couldn’t stop! At one point I know we couldn’t get the super duper mirror turned picture turned TV to turn off and almost had to call B up to come and turn it off!

We finally fell asleep in the most Magical Place on Earth :goodvibes

Any lurkers please say Hi!

Wow, you lucky so 'n' so;)
I like the dark group shot - really gives the sense of the empty park.
What did your family think when you called? I'd be thrilled if somebody was just calling me from the castle suite.
Did you get to keep the robe?

What an amazing experience you are having Jo - definately once in a lifetime stuff :thumbsup2

Thats amazing!!! Was it creepy looking out over an empty park? Ive always thought I would feel a bit scared if I stayed there as the park would be empty

How fantastic :thumbsup2 , I can just imagine the emotions you we're going through ;) so excited to be there, but then having that silent thought of home and how nice it would be to be sharing that moment with all of your family :grouphug:
Fantastic pictures to cherish :goodvibes

What great fun

thanks again for sharing

I agree Jo. The photo with the partners is the best photo here I've ever seen :goodvibes

OMG!!! that is about the coolest thing that you could have done!!! to get to see the park at night all empty, to have that bit to yourselves and with the castle lit up like that!!!! and to get to pose on cinderellas bed!!:cloud9: Every day just seems to get better and better:goodvibes
Did you get to eat one of the strawberries? did anyone dare to take a bite out of the carriage? not sure I could have done, its too gorgeous.

WOW oh WOW!

Just shown DD and she would like to know where Cinderella slept! (I suggested she was away visiting that night!)

How much sleep did you get then! :lmao:

truly amazing,dont think i would have slept a wink,brilliant photos:goodvibes

An amazing night. The chocolate carriage looks lovely.

Did one of the robes accidently find their way into your suitcase?;)

I guess B had to stay with you all night so that you didn't all run down Main Street on your own at 4am!

Did you get to keep anything from the suite?
