25 Oct: Offer accepted by the seller
27 Oct: Contract sent to Disney for ROFR
18 Nov: Passed ROFR
11 Dec: Closing documents received from Magic Vacation Title
17 Dec: Magic Vacation title has all closing documents from buyer and seller
24 Dec: Escrow closed
26 Dec: Deed recorded with Orange County
13 Jan: Points loaded into my DVC account
Two and a half months with Christmas and New Years thrown into the mix. The preparation of the closing documents took longer than expected. Magic Vacation title said Disney was dragging their feet, but I also think Magic Vacation title was swamped with multiple closings.
