My points bonus reward - how do I redeem it??

I earned a $10 gift card from mypoints from the promotion where you make 5 purchases; the problem is that I can't figure out how to redeem it?! The fine print about the promotion says:
All shopping and travel purchases (other than Amazon and Games) of at least $10 each (excluding taxes, shipping & handling, and any special processing fees) made through the MyPoints.com website and emails (including BonusMails®) are eligible towards this promotion. Qualifying purchases must be made within one calendar year from the start date of your Shopping Tally. Each return will subtract from the counter. New purchases will update your Shopping Tally on a daily basis. Multiple transactions made with a single brand on a given day count as one transaction. Any reward you earn will be awarded in the form of points. Only one reward per member will be given for this promotion. Participation is subject to the MyPoints Terms of Service.
but I can't figure out the reward! Any thoughts are much appreciated!

I think that there is definately a lag time between purchase dates and being credited....I made a purchase and my daily emails still say "you're 9 purchases away...." Just like your click for points points, I assume they are "pending"...I suppose they don't want people making returns and still getting credited.

I am sorry if this does not help. Go to your account page, and that should show all transactions. If it is time to redeem, if I recall correctly, just hit the tab with rewards, hit the reward you want, and it will have you confirm your choice.

It took a LONG time for me to get the credit. Like maybe six weeks after my 5th purchase. They added 1650 points to my account. I think they sent me an email they added them.

Thanks for the answers! Here's the response I got from mypoints:

Once you complete your Shopping Tally, and all the Points associated with the purchases made are no longer pending, you will be credited with 1,650 Points to redeem for a $10 gift card of your choosing in our Rewards section.

Hmmm...my bonus offer is a $20 gift card after 10 purchases. Were there different offers for different members?

I didn't get this offer at all so I'm guessing there were definitely different offers.

Mine is for $20 as well....I wish there was a plce they would tell you what is being credited for it...cause I have made some purchaces and not gotten credit there!

Which reminds me....I got a Starbucks GC that I purchaced to get a bonus of 500 points and never got the 500 points....gonna look into that now!

I had the same problem with the Starbucks GC and had to email customer service. I emailed them a copy of the click email and they credited me the 500 points.
