and she doesn't give it to herself. Anyone have suggestions on the best way to make arrangements with a doctor's office or something while she is at WDW?

I would suggest checking out www.centracare.org at their Lake Buena Vista location, which is right outside WDW (at the Downtown Disney/Hotel Plaza Blvd entrance). More than likely she will need a car to get there.

But also, just wondering, is this something that must be administered by a medical professional or is it a fear or inability to do a self-injection?

How would she normally get the shot? Can you learn to give it to her. I take insulin and have been giving myself multiple shots daily for 30 years now. I can't imagine depending on someone else to give me my shots.

We have various friends who are nurses who take turns doing it. It is very painful so I think that may be why she doesn't do it herself. Also, it's a fairly recent event that she's had to do it.

Unfortunately, the injections don't seem to be working so it may no longer be an issue, but I sincerely appreciate the responses.
