My Disney Experience issues

So, we booked our trip for the summer, and we will be waking up in the Contemporary Resort on our 22nd wedding anniversary. I was so excited about My Disney Experience. It seemed really user friendly. Right away, I started making restaurant reservations, and I was very pleased to get everything we wanted.

However, as I work on my online itinerary, I find it extremely disconcerting to continually get this error message in bright orange: "We are temporarily unable to display all of your details for this day. The plans below may be incomplete. Retry." Ummm, I got confirmation numbers for all of these reservations. What is going on?

What pieces are missing? I'm guessing you would be ok if you have confirmation numbers, but calling Disney customer service might help; maybe their IT dept can share what is going on.
 
I called Customer Service and they could not find my account, even though I was logged in. They had me create another account with a second email address and it has been working fine.
 
It shows everything now. It is nerve-racking learning a new system without having to worry that something will go wrong. Back in the day, our travel agent called for us to make ADRs. Eventually I made the phone calls. This way seemed easy until the error message started popping up.
