I'm ok but this is so me I just have to share.
Today, I was working on the computer in Photoshop for about half an hour. I always sit with one leg crossed, so I end up sitting on my foot. Well, I got up and my foot was asleep but I didn't realize just HOW numb it was. I tried to stand on it and couldn't hold any weight up and fell on top of the treadmill which sits (unused) right behind my computer chair. Anyway, I sprained my ankle. It is swollen and very sore. Guess I have a good excuse now for not using that treadmill for a few more days...
You wouldn't think disigning could be so dangerous.
Watch out all you disigners.

A few years ago, I joined curves and I broke my leg on a piece of equipment..I was too short for it and no one told me I needed to do something different..well, needless to say, that was the joke for a long time....in fact, I wore a cast, a boot for months and then a soft cast....go figure...to top the whole thing off, the dr. said I could go back to Curves....well, not for long, I now have a pinched nerve in my foot that is from the broken leg...oh, well...I no longer go to curves as I can't use much of the equipement
