For those who complain that we're beating a dead horse (and really...what else is there to talk about around here lately??)
Why do YOU keep coming back to read?![]()

It made me laugh. Does that mean she gets to reinstate her 'lmao'? What are the rules on this?
I do agree with you. I'm not a mother; yes, screeching children annoy me. But I would never be bold enough (is bold the right word?) to approach anyone about their child's behavior.
And yes, I can actually picture one of the employees at my local Walmart laughing in my face if I asked them to handle a situation that is "bothering" me.
She can have mine, since she made me laugh, too.Oh, no, once that lmao is taken away....it's gone 4-ever.![]()
I agree, I can't imagine that a Walmart employee (or any employee) would be interested in stepping into a situation like this.

I swear, at the Walmart closest to me you could start a naked limbo party in the garden section and try to roast your fellow shoppers like pigs at a luau and the employees wouldn't say a word about it. That place is terrible. (I don't know if it's awful because the employees are bad, or if the employees have just given up because they work in such a terrible store.) There's another Walmart that's a little further away from me that is great, though. I don't shop there often but when I have they've been really helpful. I've even seen them ask parents to control their kids (most notably after a Heely wearing middle schooler almost took out a couple of families and several displays) and I think they would have asked the OP to take her little screecher outside.
Naked limbo party? Now that would be entertaining.![]()

Hmmmm....I see a potential DISboard meetup here! Anyone want to volunteer to host?![]()
I think the OP, what is her name...5 'Lil Twinkles or Twinkies...or something like that....should host it!
Who wants to PM her and let her know?![]()

The point I'm trying to make is that I would NEVER approach anyone in a public place and tell them to control their child. You can take your lmao back, because it wasn't funny, in my opinion.
Actually, I've found most employees at the Walmart in my area, to be quite helpful whenever I've asked for help in finding an item, or whatever.
As long as there is no screeching it might be fun!![]()

Oh come on, if we're getting naked then I expect some screeching.
You obviously haven't seen some of the people who shop there. Trust me, there would be screeching when people caught glimpses of the party. Some horrified screeching, some decidedly not horrified screeching
, but definitely screeching!
