I just wanted to share my terrifying 5 second (or however long that ride is) ordeal I had.
My 2.5 yo dd rode it back in May w/someone (dh maybe?) ANYWAY I rode it with her this time & was ABSOULTELY POSITIVE I was gonna lose her! See I'm a bit overweight (Ok A LOT!) and the bar that comes down to protect us doesn't go down when there's a big ole belly there! So I felt like she was gonna fall out on those turns ---I was a nervous wreck holding the poor thing with a tight 2 handed grip! It was AWFUL!!!
She was tall enough to get one (35" --she's 38") but that doesn't help much.
SPEAKING of height requirments...she didn't reach SMtn (she was devastated!) and I feel like she would have been much safer on there than GOOFY! Sure there's nothing to hold her in on Smtn- but there's no where to fall out either - even with the drop I'd think she'd just come out of her seat if noone was holding on to her (not that I want to try & find out!) But those turns on Goofy - she could fly out in an instant! EEEK
Just thinking about it all again is making me nervous!
