my comment about Oasis of the seas beintg a floating mall

In the chat during the live show I made a comment about the Oasis of the seas being a floating mall. If you happen to like those ships that's your opinion and you are entitled to it just like i am mine. I just feel like they are too big and they don't entice me to sail on them. As I said before if that type of ship is what you want to sail on I'm fine with that.

I don't have a problem with your comment at all. I've been on the Oasis and did get that same impression. However, that doesn't mean I won't sail on her again.

I have not sailed on Oasis or Allure and I'm 100% willing to do so. That said, of the ships we have sailed on, we have much preferred the older smaller ships to the newer larger ships. We've commented numerous times that it is a shame that all they build today are bigger and bigger ships. It would be nice if those of us who do prefer the more intimate setting of a smaller ship weren't limited to ships that are now 10 or 15 or 20 years old.

I saw it on a discovery Chanel show only but I just don't have a desire to go on it. No worries Kevin I just wanted to kind of clarify my statement incase it came across wrong in the chat.

When I was I believe where was it...Grand Cayman and I saw the ship I thought it was GIGANTIC....like holy shoot! It looked like an army vessel or something it was huge!

Big ships are nice.. But, when I have my druthers, smaller, classic, ships, please. They seem so much more personal. And I really don't need all the bells and whistles.
