DD loves this book! We read it all the time, I didnt even think about it when I read about her mooing! :rotfl2:

If it was anything else but a baby I would. There's just something special about telling people your expecting. I wouldn't ruin that for her for the world.

You are so sweet!

I'm so glad you keep updating us - I need a good laugh once in a while and this just hits the spot!

I'm still stuck on the son calling everyday at 8:00am. How would you like to be married to him?

Good Gosh! the guy prob is not married Any woman in her right mind would not put up with that. I have no prob with calling your mother but yeesh on a schedule. OH MY!

Smart aleck that my BF is, he decides to all of a sudden last nite to MOOOO SST SST. Under his breath/quietly . OF course little miss ears like a hawk hears him. That starts her off again. He is so not funny. Nothing like a 4 yr old running around the house Mooing and ssting.

I have a Miss Information friend, in that she is never wrong. A member of her family went to the same college as me but was a year below me. She told me that "Jane" had moved down to Exeter (where I go to college) and was loving it. I told her that wasn't possible, because the dorms and indeed the entire college didn't open for another week after the summer vacation. She INSISTED that "Jane" was living there already, had met loads of people, been to loads of parties :confused3

I was in Exeter at the time and wondered where all these people and parties were...

Maybe it's not such a bad idea. I call it "swallowing my frog." Something you just hate doing, do it asap and GET IT OVER WITH!! The poor boy is just swallowing his frog!

Maybe I am missing something...what is wrong with someone talking to their mom?

I think it is the point that he calls her every single day at 8 am and the fact that she only calls him son, never by his name.

Have to chime in. I work with a crazy lady. I really think she has autism (she has two kids with it). She is nuts and has a story on everything.

She got mad at me last week and "accidentlally" deleted my work. How it was accidental is beyond me, considering you need to hit Delete, then f9, then Yes to delete. All because I gave her a teensy review comment after I reviewed her work. :scared1:

She goes to meetings, falls asleep, writes her initials instead of taking notes. She does anything for attention. My boss, feels bad for her, and gives her what ever she wants. So, you need a story, I can beat it.

I believe she picked her nose and ate it once in a meeting with a client. :rolleyes1

Okay. Thank you for letting me vent. I will get off my soap box now.

Asked her how her Mother's Day went. She grimaced at me and said "All right"

ME - Did you get your carnation corsage?

Miss Info - Yes but they were the wrong color.

ME - Did your son grill chicken for you?

Miss Info - Yes, but he used bbq sauce that I don't like

ME - Did you get the rose bush you wanted?

Miss Info - I got a rose bush but that too was the wrong color and it's not bug proof. :confused3

I finally looked at her and told her she should be happy her sons were still around to celebrate with her. I haven't heard anything from her since.

She is a true piece of work. I don't think anything would make her happy and I feel for her kids.

Gee, most kids go out of their way to buy the wrong color corsage, the wrong color rose bush that bugs like :thumbsup2 and select bbq sauce that their mother hates on Mother's Day... don't they?

Silly me, buying my mother a religious statue, that she loved. I should have tried harder and gotten her something with which she'd be unhappy.

Oh, but my Mom would like anything that we'd give her or do for her. She doesn't ask for anything and appreciates everything. Maybe MI should stop asking for things and she'd be pleasantly surprised.
