my 1st month at CURVES

Hi everyone -

I just got my measurements done after 1 month at CURVES....

I have lost a total of 8.75 inches, 10.30 lbs, and 7.98 lbs of Body Fat.

I am so excited!!!! I saw a number on the scale that I haven't seen in so long, that I almost started crying!!

Had to share.

I think I would have felt like crying too! You are doing a great job! My eyes just about popped out of my head when I read your message - LOOK AT ALL THOSE INCHES AND POUNDS GONE AFTER A MONTH!

How are you feeling? Do you feel like you have more energy? Are you feeling stronger? Have you noticed if your clothes fit differently?

That is really outstanding! You should be so proud! Keep up the great work!!!!!

Thanks everyone!! I love the support that WISHers give. I check this board everyday, and am amazed at how people respond to one another.

TigH - I feel wonderful - definately better. I am starting to see the difference is most of my clothes - about 1 1/2 weeks ago I could fit 3 fingers between me and the band of my jeans (about 1 month ago I didn't want to wear those same jeans as they were uncomfortable)

Thanks for the response, Monica! Imagine how far along you'll be after another great month! Sometimes it seems like the days drag by on this getting healthy journey, but now you can look back at a WHOLE MONTH and see how far you've come in such a short time! Pretty soon you won't even be able to wear THOSE pants because they'll be falling off you!
