MVMCP Ticket Date Change

I know I've seen this but the MVMCP thread is a bit much to navigate and this is easier than picking the right key words on a search - if I could just get a confirmation -
Date changes are possible if moving to a party that isn't yet sold out?
Changes can be made up to the day of party, up to the time of party?
Changes can be done at any Guest Service location, not just MK?
No sad story is required for the above (I have one but would rather not review)?

we changed our trip by a week and changed our MVMCP tickets. We did it before the tickets shipped and the CM was super helpful in explaining what to do. we called and explained what had happened and said we knew they weren't refundable but was there any way they could accomodate our change.

as always CM were cheery as they made the change for us. we go a week from tomorrow to MVMCP
