MVMCP - how cold?

There are a lot of different forecasts but the one I am now looking at says high 67 low 41. The colder temps are going to be when the sun goes down. The issue with daily forecasts appears to be that it's a 24 hour midnight-midnight period. If the low does hit the forecasted 41 it could be, for example, at 2 AM on the 14th which would be before you even get to the park. It's just that in that 24 hour period you should be prepared for the temps to get that low, like having long pants, a jacket or sweatshirt, maybe gloves/hat/scarf handy if you think you may need them at some point and you don't want to buy them from a store in the park. I am not thinking I would take along a parka if I was out that night but definitely a sweatshirt and maybe an outer jacket if it does get that low. The presence of wind or humidity might change how cold it actually feels, too, as far as being prepared. Fortunately rain is not in the forecast at all.

When it gets closer then the forecast I'm looking at will have morning/daytime/evening forecasts too, it doesn't have them for Sunday right now.

Accuweather.com has hourly forecasts ten days out, keeping in mind even daily forecasts from any source for next 10 days really are only a guideline. We arrive tomorrow (12/12) for seven days and seeing warming trends from current temps, getting to high 60s/low70s daytime and as low as low 40s overnight, evening parades and fireworks in 50s, no major rain forcasted

We were at MVMCP a few years ago and ended up needing our winter jackets that we had with us since we had travelled from Canada. It can definitely be cold, and I agree with the posters who have said that lower temperatures feel chillier in Florida. We were grateful for our hats and mitts!

I was there in 2010 with VERY atypical cold temps. Daytime highs of less than 60 degrees. I was there with friends from Chicago; I am from The South and think anything below 72 is Arctic. My friends initially made fun of me for sweaters, long underwear, winter coat, etc.; by the end of MVMCP, there were not laughing any more.

WDW cold is a DAMP cold with a constant cold breeze. Not wind gusts.

I was there just a few days ago and that plus the misting rain made for a semi-miserable trip. (I did not pack the right clothing.)

We just returned from WDW last evening. Monday was miserable....a cold mist all day. Tuesday and Wednesday were sunny with highs in the 60's during the day. We are from Michigan, so we are NOT cold wimps. I wore jeans and a long sleeved shirt along with a hoodie sweatshirt and was cold. I then added my "winter coat" (packable down coat from Lands End) along with driving gloves and was comfortable walking around the parks. I also had a red Holiday scarf and hat that i wore the entire day.

We had worn our coats to the airport in Michigan and at the last minute decided to take them along instead of leaving them in the car. I am really glad we did! The gloves were a bonus as they were in the coat pocket. Today in Michigan it is 38 degrees and it felt colder at 60 degrees in Florida than it does here today. I am not sure why?
