Must Have Snacks in the Parks/Resorts

I noticed Samantha Browne had a frozen orange drink I thought she got in France, but I'm not sure. What is it, does it have alcohol & where can I find it?

You're right! She got it at an outside stand in France. It is alcoholic ... a Grand Marnier (a french, orange flavored liqueur) something or other ... can't remember whether it was a smoothie or something like that. I believe that it costs $8.00.

Where is Sleepy Hollow? Warm chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich sounds wonderful.

Since our trip in May I am addictd to the icecream cookie sandwich from Main St bakery, and the Magic Cookie Bar from Port Orleans Riverside foodcourt :thumbsup2

I too love the cheese stuffed pretzels (spicy jalepeno) at MK/Tomorrowland.

Also love the Dole Whips, especially as a float in pineapple juice.

I really haven't snacked at the other parks, unless it's been the Food and Wine in Epcot.

Our favs are Dole Whip Floats (especially on a real hot day), cinnamon roll from the Main Street Bakery, rice cream from Norway, egg rolls in China, and a Napoleon from the bakery in France. We have them all at least once per trip - sometimes more!:rotfl:

Sleepy Hollow is on the castle-facing side of Liberty Square. it is right there across the bridge from the hub.

For me the must haves are:

Epcot: Kaki-Gori - best snowcone in the world
Schoolbread - finally broke down and tried it last time and now I can't get it out of my head. soooooo much coconut drool...
DTD: Make-your-own mickey rice crispy treat at Goofy's

In no particular order:

- Mickey Ice Cream Bar!!
- the popcorn! usually while waiting for Wishes
- chocolate soft serve ice cream cone from Mrs. Potts Cupboard
- a croissant and some chocolate milk from the bakery in France
- anything chocolate from Italy
- nachos from Mexico

Yumm!

Dole Whip at MK; funnel cake at American Adventure at EC; ice cream at MK; cotton candy from anywhere; just about anything from the bakery in France! :dance3:

Last trip we tried the Figaro Fries in MK, and they were soooo good, and filling!
They're regular fries, with cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing on top. It's so good!:)
I've recently heard on the boards that it has changed, they stopped putting the lettuce, tomato and ranch dressing on it. But my only consolation is that they also said that you can request to add the lettuce, tomato and bacon...I pray this is true.

You guys are making me hungry! After reading this thread I had a thought, we are going to WDW next March and because of the changes to the DDP I don't think we will be doing it this time...with all these yummy snacks I now know about maybe we will just Snack our way through the World!;)

Not into sweet snacks but our favorite "snack" is to split an order of fish and chips in the UK. It used to be getting a fudge apple at Goofy's Candy Co. but I have been having trouble with sweets and sugar so now we just go savory.

Where is Sleepy Hollow? Warm chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich sounds wonderful.

When you cross the bridge from the castle to Liberty Square, it's on your right just after the bridge ends. It's next to the Hall of Presidents and across from the Christmas Store. There are benches, chairs & tables behind it and a few little tables & chairs along the wall. I went one night, got a warm ice cream cookie sandwich, sat at a table along the wall and watched the castle change colors & designs.

Another must have are warm, freshly made beignets from Port Orleans French Quarter. These are soooo addictively good and a must once a day (twice on a couple of days) on my last trip!!!

Mine is the chocolate bubble tea in Epcot
and of course mickey ice cream bars.
Cant wait till December, yummy yum yum

Mickey Rice Cryspy treat!!!! Soft Serve ice cream in France!!! turkey legs, mickey ice cream bars and I love the chip and dale pretzels!!!!

I really want to try a dole whip..do they come in strawberry???
