Must Have Snacks in the Parks/Resorts

never been to disneyworld, but I have to get a dole whip or float and a jalapeno cheese stuffed pretzel everytime I go to disneyland. Now that we are going to WDW in August, I know we'll keep the tradition alive.

You know they're good when I'll go from one coast to the other to get them....:worship:

Oh this is gonna be a long 5 months to wait! I'm hungry! :rotfl:

I found the best baklava at a stand near the China Pavilion in Epcot. It was so yummy.

There were so many snacks that I wanted to try why we were there and I missed trying many of them.

I did try the school bread and I have to say, I didn't like it that much :duck: I got a Dole Whip float and my dd12 got the soft serve. She liked hers and tried mine and liked it too, but I think my float was a bit too strong. I do like pineapple, but I guess I'm just not a sour type person, I usually do the sweet side. :goodvibes

We liked the Kaki Gori in Japan, and during the hot days we'd go for several of the icee/slushee type drinks wherever we could find them. I think the Japan pavilion had pretty good slushies (non-alcoholic). Last year we liked the milk shakes at Dino Bites in AK also, but didn't get around to them this year.

I'm disappointed that I missed getting Figaro Fries this trip, but maybe next time. I also missed the ice cream cookie sandwich and I can't believe I forgot about the tie dye cheesecake as we were staying at Pop but we didn't eat at the food court except once for breakfast and to get our drinks refilled. :-)

I think we did use about half of our snack credits to get the make your own snacks and other chocolatey snacks from Goofy's and we took back to the room and on the last day went back and got some to take home as well. I loved the marshmallow make your own treat and dd12 tried them all and loved them. I actually went very simple and just had the marshmallows dipped in chocolate and drizzled in caramel and loved it.

The baklava was definitely my favorite snack though. :worship:
