How Soon After Paying For MK Renewal Can You Make Reservations?

Hi all! After debating about renewing our passes after the price increase, we decided there are enough dates we want to go in November and December to make it work renewing.

However, after doing the renewal online and receiving a confirmation email saying the order has been processed and clicking on the link in the email to make reservations, I am unable to make a reservation past my 2025 expiration date. I called, and was told I should see a "renewal key" to make a reservation with, but I don't. I was put on hold so a supervisor could be consulted, and was told it make take 24-48 hours for my renewal to be processed (despite an email saying it has already been processed). Has anyone else experienced this, or should I call back and ask to speak to a supervisor myself? I'm not happy to wait, but will if it is the common experience, unlike when I purchased the keys and could make my reservations right away.

To be clear, the key are Inspire and we are currently only holding 4 reservations. I've already tried logging out of my account on the web browser and in the app.
 
If I'm understanding correctly, you should have two sets of reservations. One set that you can use up to your renewal date and another set (scroll down) that is from your renewal date moving forward. Those reservations (which you can make now) should only be available for dates after your current MK expires.
 
You get two pools of reservations, once you renew you should be able to make them until your pass is over and then there is reservations for after that date renewed
 
I can't see/access the renewal passes at all to make reservations, I was asking if this is common to have to wait after doing the renewal. I called and was told 24-48 hours which didn't make sense based on the email I received saying the renewal had been processed.

When I renewed last month, I think it was the following day when I could see the option for park reservations in either renewal year so I could book in the new year. So yes, I think this is common. It takes a bit for the new renewal year to show up in the reservation system.

It surprised me too, as I don’t remember having to wait a day last year because I am wanting to book for December and can’t until I renew. This year I had to wait. My guess is some sort of system update has changed how it fully processes on their side.

Yeah, I had dates I wanted to book today, lol. I hear patience is a virtue ...

Just to clarify, are you saying for the 30 days between when I renewed the MK and the old one expires, I can have 6 reservations on each one?
