*Lots of creaking is heard, and Spaceship Earth suddenly starts to float in the air*

Jumba: YES!! I've done it! The whole golf ball is floating about like a balloon!
Pleakley: *Sees floating Spaceship Earth and runs over to Jumba* JUMBA! What did you do?!?
Jumba: Why do you automatically assume it was my doing?
Pleakley: You're the mad scientist with the means to make a whole building float!
Jumba: Hey, I prefer to be called evil genius.
Pleakley: So you did do it?
Jumba: Of course. I just created a pellet of dehydrated helium that, when added to water, makes a whole mass of the gas which fills up the building, and makes it float. It also makes your voice squeaky high, have you ever noticed that?
Pleakley: But it's going to float away!
Jumba: Oh, that won't happen. There's not enough helium. No, it was gradually lose height as the gas escapes, and gently float back down to the ground. Theoretically of course. It could also come crashing down in a big pile of debris. Preferably, I'm hoping for the latter.
Pleakley: You've crossed the line here mister! I should report you to the Galctic Federation for... I don't know! But I should.
