Multiple Trip Managers in My Disney Experience

I assume this topic already exists somewhere on this site, but I couldn't track it down. We're headed to Disney next May. We've been several times, and I always manage the group's plans via the app (dining reservations, fast pass/genie plus/etc). In our typical setup, each individual can manage their own plans (for example, if they want to buy their own lightning lane on a given day), but I believe the typical setup only allows for one person to manage everyone else's details? This time, we're going with a bigger group, and I'd like to set things up so my sister-in-law and I can both manage plans for the party (as a whole or subsets). So, for example, we could both grab ADR's for the whole group, but she would be able to get reservations or lightning lanes just for her family. Is there an easy way to allow for that on the app?

As long as you are linked via Family and Friends, you will both be able to do what you’re asking.

The one part that is unclear to me is how you will organize initial LLMP for the group. I know the person who makes the original booking pays for all the LLMP. The part that is unclear is, is it possible to purchase LLMP without actually booking any LLs? You may need to be on the phone the morning you can initially purchase and book LLMPs at the same time so that you can coordinate attractions and times.
