What weekend it is now is kind of irrelevant because in theory the children should be with HIM...so since he forfeited on that deal, I think that only when the 5 weeks are up does it go back to EOW?

To bad we can't be the Judge and Jury on this....
They still didn't seem to take him as serious as I did so we have been working intensely on focusing and less talking. They're punishment is 10 pushups and if DD mouths off- she must write "I will control my bad temper" it is beginning to sink in. During my Karate class, to save DD and DS from really getting into trouble, I separated them and DS had to sit in my class and do pushups for 45 mins He probably only did a total of 20 , but I think he learned a hard harsh lesson
In the long run it'll only make them stronger and learn the consequences for unacceptable behavior. 
I just started reading and all I can say is wow. I am so sorry you have to go through this nonesense-and even sorrier that your kids do too. I don't know the whole story but it sounds like you are very strong-so hang in there! My ex was horrible in the begining but as he learned I would not back down and be intimidated it has evened out.
This way he doesn't have to talk to me and I don't have to talk with everyone else. I will also send him a 'delivery conf' letter stating the email request and his weekends until we can come to an agreement or go back to court
I know DAMM wants to do 1 week at a time every other week, but that was very harsh on DD and DS last summer. I would rather not do that, its not productive to anyone but DAMM. So we'll see............. again, and I hope for the best for you. I do remember my atty telling me not to get worked up over what the X did, the courts here are a part of the good 'ol boys club....and X was pretty much getting his way with the Judge ( after of course they shared their Mason stories ) that is, until the Judge caught him making faces at me across the court room. And our mediator wrote a letter indicating my X told her "he wasn't going to be the typical divorced man, he was going to screw me but good". I didn't marry him for his intelligence. 
The best you can do for your kids is be there for them. Be the constant, supportive, loving one in their life, and you'll make all the difference.

I know I have come along way since just last year, and as I prepare to talk to this group tonight- I do see how FAR I have come and how much I have grown! I know I could not have done it without you guys
