MS today

I had a wonderful CM at MS today. Candace has to be the most informed and efficient cast member I have dealt with yet at MS! She was very good at giving all the information without being asked. I had no trouble getting a listing of everything that was available for those two weekend nights. I was a bit surprised that , even though this is in the middle of the F&W festival, there was availability at all DVC resorts for a studio except VWL. I decided since it would just be the 2 of us, and we would be barraged by our 10 guests coming into the GV on Sunday, that a nice little two night stay at SSR would suit us just fine. It should be nice and clean and new.

It was a tough choice this morning, Carol. I really expected to book BWV if there was an opening, but at the last minute, I decided on SSR. DH just HATES valet parking, so that was truely the deciding factor.

So glad you lucked out, Diane! So, are you staying at SSR at the beginning of your trip or at the end?

All five of us arrive on Saturday and leave the following Sunday. Methinks Bob and I will have to make a trip sometime after the holidays for just the two of us!

You might consider sending an email to MS with your compliments, In most customer service organizations, a message like that can actually affect someone's performance evaluation, which cascades into raises, promotions, bonuses and so forth. Reward good work on our behalf!

I was going to suggest the same thing rocket riter just did. Send an email to MS and tell them all about how great Candace was. Don't worry about not having her last name, just include the time and day you called, they should be able to figure it out. I did this for a CM who helped me out over the phone while I was trying to make two PS's for large groups. MS got back to me a few days later to let me know they'd figured out who it was and that a note was going on her file.

When I emailed MS recently about the excellent help I received from CMs, I got a personalized response back quite quickly. THAT let me know that they really do take the time to read and appreciate our comments.

Diane.... we are hosting 7 others at the same time you are.... Our friends will be at OKW but we are at BCVs.... I like your idea of coming in early and shocked studios were open just about everywhere!! Sometimes weekend points come in handy!

Do you have any GG stuff going on? We scored the Wishes cruise for Oct 18th!
