MS reservation system is down this morning

Just called MS and systems are down. Call back in an hour or so.

Yep, I've been trying since 9. Told me try at 10, then they told me 10:30. I just need one last night and I'll be all set!!!

They are now saying call after 1:00 p.m.

I swear they just add an hour to whatever time I call.

Just wanted to see if there was any BW openings for our trip in November (psot wine & food).

They're still saying 1pm. I started at 9am and they said 10 then 10:30,11:00,12:00. Can't believe it! This happens way too often. I wish they would update their system.

As of this time, they are working!

Still on hold to see if the room I want is availble - not holding my breath.

Wait a minute - on hold again, she said something doesn't look right. I know what is wrong - didn't really expect to get a standard view at BWV with less than 7 months notice.

**&^%#....still down!! MS told me they were up for 10 minutes and then crashed again!! She said she wished they would just close the whole office and start fresh tomorrow!! Said to try in a couple of hours. Just one night, that's all I need, one little night!

Yup... I've been trying all day too. Figures, the day I finally get my act together and call, and they can't book the ressies.

Do you know the MS rep actually asked if there was anything ELSE she could help me with... ???

They are back!!! Made my cruise & hotel ressies.
From what they say.The main computer system is shut down every so often for service but this time it affected their computers as well.
While they had it down they made some big changes to their site also and we'll have some new features
