MS dining so much easier...

I was just on hold with WDW Dining for twenty minutes, then when I get someone and tell her what I wanted we get disconnected!

So then I call DVC MS, get right thru and was able to make PSs within minutes AND with no long distance charge!

Why, oh why do I call WDW Dining instead all the time, out of habit I guess!

Can you actually book PS at the character breakfasts through MS as well (like Breakfast in Cinderella's Castle)? I've done the everyone on their cell phone - call at 7:59 to get a reservation thing through WDW Dining.

We're sooo close - Can't wait for our first trip home

MS doesn't open until 9 Eastern, but the Dining lines open at 7 Eastern. All of the CRT/PSB PS will almost certainly be gone by then. I doubt you would have a problem if you wanted one of the other character breakfasts, though.

Unless you are tyring to get something very popular, just call in the late afternoon or evening. I've never has more than a 2 - 3 minute wait when I call at that time of the day. (That goes for MS too).

FWIW, I do not think MS can book anything that requires pre-paying or a credit card hold.

I can confirm that - tried to make a reservation for the Fantasmic! dinner package at the Hollywood and Vine, MS couldn't make it for me, so had to call WDW-DINE.

Oh well - there aren't very many of those!
