There are never too many pictures of Dumbo! Especially at night with all the pretty new lights.

I think I might have figured out a way to get some sort of good shots on Peter Pan. If you lean down a little and shoot forward underneath the sail, it seems to make for better pictures.

I love your parade photos, definitely worth the FP! I can't wait to see Festival of Fantasy, I just hope it's still going when we get there in October! I need to see the Maleficent dragon! I have the same issue with people and parades and personal space. Isn't it amazing how people forget their English when you say "Excuse me" or ask them to stop doing something? All the personal space-invaders seem to understand the universal language of an "accidental" elbow in the ribs though, I find! Whoops!

Be Our Guest is definitely on my Disney To Do List...I grew up watching Beauty and the Beast practically on repeat so it'll be a dream to go to the castle! Of course, I have to try The Grey Stuff too!

Those Olaf apples look like Mr Burns from The Simpsons (especially the one on the left!) Exxxxccccellent...

Poor Meg looks so sad to be leaving MK! I will freely admit, I cried when we left for the last time on our last (my first) trip! Then again, I also shed a tear when we walked in for the first time too, because I just couldn't believe I was finally there after 25 years of wishing and dreaming!

OMG....whew....I just finished BINGE READING your entire trip report! Yep...you heard me right...read the whole thing. Okay, well, I read every single trip post update. I did not read all the the comments, replies and everyday life stuff. Dear Lord, I would be here until next year.

Not sure if you remember me Mo (I'm Stephanie) and I was here for your PTR and planning of the big surprise! It turned out SOOOOOO great! The kids cracked me up....they really didn't believe it. You have to be so proud...especially with the BEST MOM EVER comment!

Since I have been binge reading I surely cannot remember all the things I wanted to comment on, but here are just a few things I can remember:

• LOVE LOVE LOVE all of your pictures, especially the ones of the parade. I can't wait to see this on our next trip!!
• I am so glad to hear that ya'll enjoyed the Mine Train....I have had a few friends be naysayers and express disappointment but I am so excited for this.
• The BLUE pearl you got in EPCOT...beautiful!
• I am AMAZED by all the Pixiedust your family received on this trip...how awesome! I think it's safe to say that the midgets all had an amazing double digit birthday.
• On a more somber note....sounds like you unfortunately encountered your fair share of not so magical CMs...that is VERY unfortunate.
• I am excited to join the ride to the end of this TR...and of course hope to find out when this elusive NEXT TIME you kept mentioning will be.

I am so glad to be back on the DIS after a 5+ month hiatus. I hope to get a thread of my own going soon...MAYBE!

Dumbo is just such a sight at night! I LOVE how they did that area all over with the water feature and lights. I wrote this on Kathy's TR but I never used to go on Dumbo, but I did after they re-did this who area and I fell in love!! I will for sure be riding at night every time we go now. It's so pretty!

It really is beautiful!!! I will always do it at night! plus i need better pictures! I still want to go inside and see all the fun stuff.. we didn't do that part. NEXT TIME!

The barnstormer is a fun ride but the line is always so long. It's fun for kids though.

YES!!! Why is that line so darn long?!?! Yes it's cute.. yet i don't want to wait like that again!!

I haven't be in the Big Top store yet, but I will try for that this next time too!

Oh you must! the theme is unbelievable!!! LOVE IT!

We are going to Disney on Feb 26th and were hoping to get a BOG lunch fastpass for Saturday, Feb 28th. When I go to the BOG website it shows me the calendar with our trip dates. But when I select a day it shows that there aren't any fastpasses available for that day. So the BOG lunch website still works, it just doesn't have any fp's for any date after Feb 25th.

This is odd.. I wonder if the email thing is still in effect? Or if they are all out for that day?!? Did you get an ADR for dinner there? or will there be a fit?!?!

I know that sad feeling all too well. I actually started crying when we were in line to see Mickey on our last MK day The kids thought I was weird but my wonderful Hubby consoled me! He knows Disney is my Happy Place.

I love all the photos. We have been to BOG lunch twice. Never have sat in the main ballroom. We sat in West Wing the first time. Marissa does not like thunder, so that was not a good room for her. The next time, we sat in the other room. Cannot think of the name of it. It was quieter and nicer.

Rose gallery? which is strangely named as the rose is in the WEST WING!

We all had the pork and loved it. No fat on ours. I would have freaked out if there was.

I did just get a bad piece.. Yet i will say it's the last time i order it. I will get the steak which looked DELISH!!! good your like me. can't deal with fat!

We all had the master cupcake as well. Loved that one.

Oh my goodness.. What's good about a family of 5 is we can all get something different and taste it all! YUMMMMMMMM

We have yet to hear the suits of armor talk, it is always so loud and you get rushed right past them.

Sorry i have been MIA for so long. Work with the new project is in full bloom i have a ton to get done it's tedious work right now then WHAM i get to slam CDOT with what needs to get done. This is the part i enjoy..
I was introduced in the Staff meeting yesterday which most of the people already know me and of course the 1st deputy embarrassed me. in a good way. Staff meetings consist of all the BIG bosses - Commissioner-1st Deputy- Managing Deputies- then the Deputies themselves.
No i didn't shoot the sheriff but i didn't shoot the deputy either.. yet.
Onto the kids.
Meg somehow caught some nasty cold thing i feel bad for her. She is home from school today with Tom. Matt has a cough too but he isn't as bad as meg who is a BAD SICK. Zack is fine.

Volleyball- Never thought i would say this. I cannot wait for it to be over. The 8th grade coaches are just JERKS i have the 7th grade assistant coach who is being a Non disney word. My parents are just HORRIBLE this year and well the girls.. Well lets just say this will be my FIRST YEAR i am not going to take home 2nd place trophy. i am BUMMED about it. Playoffs are this weekend and unless they pull it off.. Let's not get ahead of ourselves.

Tonight is the all-star game for another league we play in (yes we play in two leagues) Meg did make all-stars yet won't be playing since she is home sick today. BOY OH BOY she is upset about it.
oh well there is always next year like i told her. I am extremely proud of her and all her hard work she has put in this year and is well deserved to be in the all stars.

I cannot wait for this year to be OVER!

Enough ranting today is the first day of Lent.. Many of you are friends of mine on facebook-- I am still standing by my "I'm giving up" thing.. those who aren't i have to clean this up a bit..

I am giving up dealing with obnoxious people--- there that's better..

i want to try to get one update in here then we are on the LAST DISNEY DAY!!! SO SO SAD!!! I don't want this too end!!!!

I don't think the parade is meant to stop, I just have a phobia of missing out on Disney things that I see online! It's a problem...


I hope Meg feels better soon, that sucks that she has to miss her All-Stars game.

That is such a great thing to give up for Lent! I might have to adopt that one myself!

Tsum Tsum Marie apparently wanted a belly rub!

OH OH! there is the HUGE red Mickey head basket we all got!!! I just adore it.

While everyone showered I packed everyone up except for the clothes we needed for the next day, Made Tom go to the laundry for the dirty clothes.. I was NOT driving home with dirty smelly socks for 18 hours.. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

Then i laid down and had to do this:


Yep. I had to ice down my legs. they were that bad... I tried to elevate them in teh middle of the night i kicked everything off...

SO this my friends was the end of Sept 13th... Our last night in AoA Lion King room. Our last night in MK. we were ALL SADDENED, reality was hitting HARD we needed to look forward to the fun we needed tomorrow...

As you know, I have that big Stitch stuffie. The story about how I ended up with him is coming up soon in my Dec TR. I love the Tsm Tsms and have all the Pluto ones. I also have the mini Stitch and Dumbo. I came very close to buying the XL Stitch one but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Sad as it is to say good bye to Cinderella's Castle, and all of the MK, there is always next time! I love that Disney does so many updates cause there is always something new to look forward too!

took about a month or so to get back to normal.. I am still trying to get the weight off!!!




So i am home today with the kids.. Meg is still sick. Well It's FLIPPING COLD OUT.. So yes I will stay home under the blankets thank you very much! as i sit here typing on the couch the kids are watching some WILD you tube videos.. If you can look up Animators V/S animations.. It's really cool...
i have a blanket on and i am SNUGGLED! IT IS COLD! have i mentioned how cold it is? like -20 oh and it's bright and sunny.. i cannot wait until spring. after this i might go and take an extremely HOT shower to warm my bones!!!
Enough complaining.
