Mousesavers reporting a huge deal for first half of 2009 coming tomorrow!

Got a Coronado Springs standard room 04/26 to 05/03 for $1233.74. We will move to the Swan for 6 nights afterwards. Plan on changing our 7 day passes to a 10 day park hopper for my husband and an annual pass for me at a Guest Relations location. This saved us a quite a bit from our original plan to stay at the Swan for all 13 nights. Woo Hoo!

My change is showing up on the WDW site BUT I don't see the dining plan on there. :confused3 Does that usually show up????

I just saved $400 and got the gift card, and bumped up to 8 base tix.

thanks for the heads up from everyone here.
and what an awesome CM I got!

I went from crazy to looking like :cool1:

Ok not happening for us-
It was $6000 for concierge level at Boardwalk tickets and dining for 6 of us. But that is out of our range at this time. She is holding it but I doubt it is happening.
I didn't know you HAD to do the dining. That's what my ill informed cm told me- although I suppose I was the ill informed one.

You do not have to do dining. You need to call back and get a new quote. Or price it out online.

I just booked a package with dining. The CM said we will get refillable mugs at checkin. That was a nice surprise to me!

are you sure you have to do dining...some of the deals people are quoting as booked do not include dining in their total cost, just room & tickets package.

I was able to apply to my existing reservation at POP from May 2-6th. I added a day of tickets because I was told you had to have the same amount of park tickets as days staying ( I only had a 5 day hopper). I saved $261 and could save another $200 if I get rid of park hoppers. Trying to decide if I really need the hoppers.

You do not need to book 7 days to get deal. I have 6 nights booked so I paid for 4 for and got 2 free. I was told if I wanted to add the 7th night I would need 7 day tickets. Was anyone else told this?

When you call in the CMs are requiring length of stay park hoppers, but booking online you only need to purchase a minimum of 1 day ticket per person

Yippee!!!!

I'd been waiting (and waiting) on a deal! DH has a BIG birthday in March and he wanted to go to WDW to celebrate. As soon as I saw this thread, I didn't even read through the posts... I went straight to the WDW site and looked into the offer.

Now, I'd been looking and saving offers for a couple of months. My booking is saving me about $1100. PLUS, we're travelling before 3/29, so we get the $200 g.c. AND, DH has his b-day during our trip, so he'll get a g.c. for that on his b-day!!!

This is gonna be our first adults-only WDW trip since DS18 was born! What do we do with ourselves???

Mom is thinking about it. She said for the price I calculated, she'd want to take my grandparents again. EXCITED!! I hope she says yes.

OR

I might go with one of my roomies from my CP this past spring, FUN!

I've been toying with the idea of doing a solo trip to WDW for my birthday in May. I wanted to stay 7 days but I didn't think I could afford to stay that long. But thanks to this deal...I'm going to WDW for my birthday!!!! :woohoo:

I booked 7 nights/8 days at All Star Music with a 7 day base ticket, basic dining and airfare. Using this offer I saved $834.58!!!!!!!

I got airfare on Airtran for $139 round trip! :cool1:

I'm going to WDW for my birthday! I'm going to WDW for my birthday! I'm going to WDW for my birthday! I'm going to WDW for my birthday! I'm going to WDW for my birthday! :cool1: :woohoo: :yay: :cloud9:

After all the anticipation, waiting and excitement- this package didn't help me (AP's). Oh well - I still have a great AP rate for my long weekend, my kids will be surprised and I won't feel guilty about taking them out of school for so long -positive thinking, right?! I wouldn't have minded the $200 gift card though!!!:lmao:

Dining can be added to the package but it is not required.

I really wanted to book a 'bonus' trip for 2009 for my 40th in June...(we already have Sept 09 @ the Contemporary booked w/ free dining).
Without the free dining for this deal, being the budget type of person, I just didn't see it as a GREAT deal for adding another 2009 trip. So I decided not to book it. :sad2:
However, when I came home I found DH BOOKING MY BIRTHDAY TRIP!
So we are in for 7 nights at ASMovies. I am so excited! I have been crying for the past hour. So in the end...Mommy gets to ride Splash Mountain and see Mickey on her 40th. :cake: ::MickeyMo Now where to eat on my birthday.

To get a free refillable mug, didn't you get the Deluxe Dining with your package?

I booked with the regular dining plan and the CM told me we'd get the FREE refillable mugs, so no, I don't think you have to have deluxe dining to get them.
