We are rope drop people, so we like to get up around 630am to start our day. Typically, my husband goes and fills our mugs with coffee and sometimes grabs some food if we want it.

I usually have our park bag packed the night before and it's loaded on the stroller. We like to be out the door by 730-800am.

That's pretty much our routine too. Early riser even on vacation unfortunately, lol. WISH I could sleep in, but just not possible.

We're up by 6:30 a.m. - walk to food court to get our coffee to drink while getting ready for the day - head out to the bus stop around 8ish.

We are bagless so no packing bags. We pick out our clothes the night before. I have the kids shower the night before.

I get up around 645-7 and shower and then SO will get in. I'll wake the kids up by 730 so they can get dressed, teeth brushed, hair brushed, etc.

I will eat something in the room while the kids are getting ready. We aren't coffee drinkers....well SO is but he will most likely just grab a coffee in the parks because he doesn't want it right when he wakes up.

DD may eat in the room. SO and DS don't eat breakfast but there will be options if they choose to eat something. If the kids do really good getting dressed (no fighting, no whining) I may let them get something at the QS (they can go alone while we finish up) in our resort but it's not everyday. They want to do it the first few days and then the novelty of it all wears off or they're too full lol

We are out the door by 8-815.

We almost always have an earlier ADR (around 8 - 8:30am) so we are up at 7ish, out the door by 7:45 with a stop at the food court to fill our mugs on the way to our car. I also have park bag ready to go from the night before.

According to if I'm on a solo trip or with my son and DIL. I always get up around 6, go for a jog although now it will have to be a fast walk since I blew out my knees and can't jog. Come back to my room, shower and get a cup of coffee or tea and sit out on my balcony and just relax. After a while I'll wander down to the hotel QS and get some breakfast. By around 8 or so the lazy ones will be awake and we will meet at the bus stop or IG around 9. We usually stay in separate rooms. If I'm solo, same routine but I tend to head off to the parks a little earlier. This May they are going with me, started out supposed to be a solo trip but they were unexpectedly free to go so we will all be staying together since they can't get rooms. 2 nights in a 1 bedroom at AKV and 3 nights in a studio at BWV so I'm sure my routine will be different since I'll try not to wake them. My son gets up early as well but DIL likes her sleep so he and I might get up and leave the room for some mommy and baby bonding time.

I dream of the day when we wont have to take anything bags to the parks!

I'm an early bird too-can't sleep past 6:00 even when I have nothing better to do. At WDW I'm usually up by 5:30. I do my bag packing the night before. In the morning I have coffee and breakfast in the room, pack a lunch if I'm brown bagging it and try to be out the door by 7:30, earlier if I'm off site and using Lynx.

Those are my solo trips. There is no routine when DH is there with me. It's kind of a condition I have to agree to.

I'm hoping to go bagless - at least for MK - as we are staying in contemporary - if i wear combat shorts I can pack in suncream and some water bottles.
our kids are 11,10 and 8 so should manage 1/2 days without 'stuff'

Two trips ago we started the week with backpacks, mid-week we went to small cross body bags and by week-end we carried our card, band-aids and small comb in pockets. I never used the big band-aids, the hand sanitizer (I use the ladies room often and wash) the water bottle (I get free water in cups with ice at booths)
I have short hair and don't need to comb (others might say differently-LOL). My phone is my camera.
What's strange is, they checked my small cross body bag (7 x 7') but they don't need to see anything in my pockets? Even men with big cargo pockets aren't asked to turn them out. Strollers filled with coolers get pushed through unchecked?
Also, last trip I used only my MB for everything but I've read you must have other ID in the parks and it is safer to carry a credit card and cash if the system goes down. My DSis made me a very slim,"invisible" waist pouch for under my shirt. It holds my cell, 3 cards and a little money. And a small band-aid or two.
No waiting.

I dream of the day when we wont have to take anything bags to the parks!

We did it for the first time last trip. The kids were 11 and 5. All I carried was my lanyard with ID, some cash and health insurance card. I had my cell phone too. It was so freeing! And I wasn't as exhausted. We take midday breaks so I figure we don't need to carry our whole life with us for 4 hours.

I remember the diaper bag and stroller days. We did a couple trips that way.

I tend to wake up early, but I'm sluggish, LOL. I will shower, fix a quick in room breakfast, get dressed, figure out what I need for the day and then fill my pockets or whatever bag I'm carrying. Then I will either eat while getting ready or fix my stuff to go. I almost always have a disposable cup of coffee (usually iced but sometimes hot) for the bus ride. Then I'll pitch the cup when I get off the bus.

I avoid the food court at all costs. I might run through quick enough to grab ice for my water bottle. But most of the time I just have it filled and read to go in the fridge.

I'm not the best at getting an early start, so I may or may not do rope drop, and honestly I am rarely making a run for a ride so I like getting there right after rope drop so I don't have to fight my way in with the crowds.

I will wake up the first time between 5 and 6 but unless I have a tour or something I usually don't get out of the room much before 7:30 or 8:00 cause I'm a big fan of the snooze button and then when I get up I tend to lollygag and watch the morning shows until my brain wakes up.

This last trip we would get up at 5am on bus by 6am for me ropedrop at 7am...usually stayed out till 11 or midnight.

I have a feeling this will be us at least a few days next trip. We are going for Christmas and MK and AK might open at 7.

Normally we are up around 6. Hubby will shower (I usually do before bed and let my hair air dry overnight). One of us will go get coffee. We'll get dressed and ready and be out the door in 45 minutes or so.

It gets harder to do that after a few days of being up until 11, especially for my kids. We'll usually plan a late start day mid-trip where we don't set the alarm, but I am usually up by 7 anyway.

This will be our first trip without a stroller for DD. She will be 8. We will have an umbrella stroller for DS still. I'm not sure if having her walk will change our plans much. Have to take more breaks or have more early nights. We'll see.

I get up at 6, take a shower and go for a walk around the resort. About 7 or 7:30 I head back to the room and click the tv on and wait for the family. The first one stirs about 9:30 or so and the last one around 10:00. They shower/dress and we head out around 10:30-11:00 or so.

Our goal is to be walking out the door 90 minutes before opening time. This is usually more than we need but allows flex for late buses, etc. I wake up an hour before departure time. I shower but I don't wash my hair. I wash my hair after the afternoon pool break and before we go back out for the evening. I have long hair and it takes forever to dry and if we're just visiting parks in the morning in the humidity it's not worth it. If we don't have a pre-rope drop breakfast ADR we eat in the room (yogurt with fruit or toast with peanut butter and bananas or bagels with cream cheese; coffee and tea). Any kids get a half hour longer to sleep. It doesn't take long to get everything back in my little bag after recharging - phone, portable charger, ID and credit card, poncho, blister kit, lip balm, a little sunscreen and some aspirin.

Depends what we have planned, I won't lie, I am a new Fastpass+ lover as we enjoy sleeping in and a slow start in the morning sometimes. It is more vacation to us, and we don't burn out and feel like we need to have a vacation from our vacation. That being said..

I pack our bag (if taking one) the night before. Looking forward to this trip with no autograph books etc. Each DD picks the 5 pins they want to bring to the park to trade and puts them aside. I sleep better being prepared before hand, I am admittedly not a morning person.

In the morning, our girls get up and we get them breakfast (order groceries in the room, though we usually do one special ADR for breakfast per trip). They eat while watching Disney cartoons (novelty since we don't have cable at home). They get dressed while I quickly shower. This is stream lined as all their clothing is packed in "outfits" including top/bottom, dress/bike short and underwear. Hubby and I tag team getting them sunscreened and we leave! Easy peasy. We usually come back mid day for a swim and hop to another park at night. We prefer parks at night (our kids are also nighthawks) so sleeping in works well for us :) The resort mugs are usually wasted on us as I am too lazy to go fill them with coffee and carry them to the park. I like drinks with lids that seal properly, I may also be clumsy ;)

If we are doing a party we go bagless, and have a chill resort day the day of.

If we have an early ADR we make the girls pick their clothes the night before and we all go down and call a cab haf awake ;)

Kids get us up early every day we are there, lol.
DH sets the coffee maker the night before so it's ready to go. I get the kids clothes set out and repack our park bag with new snacks, waters, diapers, etc. We usually shower at night too.

So in the morning we get dressed and get out of there. :)

I NEVER sleep in at Disney! lol I pick out my clothes the night before and I'm usually up by 6:30am at the latest. I shower, then I get ready while DH is in the shower. Since we've only stayed at Pop Century we always just grabbed food on our way to the bus stop. Next year we're staying at a mod so who knows, maybe we will make a pit stop back at the room after breakfast and catch a bus near our building.

Our routine is pretty much the same! We try to let the kids sleep as long as possible so they showered the night before and I make sure I plan out their outfits for the day. Then we wake them, make them change/eat/brush teeth and we're on our way. I usually make sure the bag is packed the night before too.
